Plan Before Leave:- Its good idea to pack a bag of supplies which includes food and water, warm clothes, a torch, a first aid kit, a fully charged mobile phone, ,a shovel, an ice scraper, and some grit, sand or cat litter. Check your tire tread depths, and make sure you have at least 3 mm of tread on them. Also check everything about car like fuel tank and other oils.

Use your headlights: – Use your headlights when snow falls.

Keep your distance: – It’s difficult to stop icy roads. So make a distance to avoid accident.

Drive smoothly and gently: – Driving in ice and snow it requires a very different driving style then in normal driving. I am really surprise few people are aware of. Your use of all the controls – steering, throttle and brake – should be as smooth, slow and progressive as you can make them.
